El Tucán presents a special Valentine’s Dinner Date with Cuban songstress, Elyen, of the internationally acclaimed group, Timbalive.

Doors open at 7:30 pm for cocktails and general admission. Dinner reservation guests should arrive promptly and with all guests in attendance prior to being seated. We have a 15 minute maximum hold time for all table reservations. A Credit Card is held for all reservations. 24hr cancellation policy. $50 per person charge for no-shows.
Dinner & Reservations
Our sharable prix-fixe menu is $85 upstairs and $105 downstairs. Dinner reservations include all items listed in the menu paired with our spectacular Tucán show followed by a live band.
There will be am open bar special on the 2nd floor. $50 for all-inclusive basic beverages and $80 for all-inclusive premium beverages.
The menu includes a variety of savory dishes and chef’s selection for dessert. The Chef updates our menu often, to provide a range in your dining experience.
We encourage all of our guests to fix up and look sharp by coming in cocktail attire or formal wear. Please note: Casual attire such as flip flops, t-shirts or beach wear will not be admitted. This is showbiz, kid!
For guests bringing minors to dine at El Tucán, please note that we accept 18 and under between 7:30 – 11:00pm. Our venue strictly enforces 21+ at any bar area. After 11:00pm, El Tucán is 21+.
About The Artist
Eylen Remon was born in La Habana, Cuba on June, 26th 1985. She’s the daugther of two musically-inclined parents. Her father, Rolando Remon, the ex-percussionist of the band Los Zafiros. Her mother, Odalys Ordaz, a professional dancer in Cuba during the 1980’s.
As a child, Eylen enjoyed a variety of musical genres, mainly Afro-Caribbean rhythms like salsa, merengue, bachata alongside mainstream music like pop, hip-hop and R&B. Eylen always dreamed of being a versatile superstar. She studied chorus direction at the prestigious Cuban Art School, E.N.A (Escuela Nacional de Arte). She began her professional career at the tender age of seventeen in Juana Bacallao’s group where she shared her talent for two years.
In 2006, she became part of a Cuban band founded in 2002 by Arnaldo Rodriguez called Arnaldo y Su Talisban. During the six years in the band Eylen established herself and was recognize in the islands music industry.
In 2012, as a member of the band “Anacaona” (Cuba’s first female group), she toured Panama, Mexico, Korea and Venezuela. She also performed in many locations in Cuba, with the hit song “Llora Si Te Duele”. In 2014 Eylen moved to Miami, where she performed in several music venues in the first few months of her new community. She caught the attention of the successful Cuban band Timbalive where she received an offer to be part of the band as the main female voice.
